It infuses the body with new energy, enhances focus, and strengthens both body and mind,” he said. He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision, which led to the global recognition of Yoga Day after his historic proposal at the UN General Assembly in 2014.
Vice Chairman Piyush Singh Chauhan also addressed the gathering, stating, “Yoga should not be a once-a-year ritual. In today’s fast-paced world, it is essential that we incorporate yoga into our daily routine to maintain physical and mental wellness.” He stressed the role of educational institutions in supporting not only academic but holistic development, including physical and emotional well-being.
The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks and light refreshments for all participants. The atmosphere was filled with positivity and commitment, reinforcing the importance of yoga as a timeless practice for a healthier, balanced life.
The SR Group of Institutions once again demonstrated its dedication to nurturing well-rounded individuals, guided by the principle that education and wellness go hand in hand.
